Is the next version (9.0.247.0) will a full production version ?

 It seems that the version 9.0.247.0 is built failed. But the version 9.0.248.0 is available now.

 The Full production version is 9.0.0.251. But the fix about the WMS overlay didn’t be available in the production version, it’s only available in the development version now.
