Description tag from helper

hi everyone 

i have found helper code in how i do samples code which is actually is a description bar (i think) and in aspx page there is description tag like this



 <Description:DescriptionPanel ID="DescPanel" runat="server">
        Click on a country to show its area.
    </Description:DescriptionPanel>

but when i added helper folder and link it with my project and add description tag it give me error anybody please help me about this is there is any other reference that i add in my project thanks in advance

yes the description windows that is showing on map i wants to show on my map too but it give me error.

 I only know we have a DescriptionPanel for web edition, and that’s a custom control which is wrote for our sample, you can download its code in our HowDoISamples and use it.
