Error with JP2000 raster

Hi,

Our application use differents formats of rasters (tif, ecw and Jp2000)
An error appears when we use rasters with Jp2000 format ;-(

The error in the event log is :

The difficulty is that this error is random, sometimes when launching the application the error occurs and other times not.
For rasters, we used the MultiGeoRasterLayer class. (ie your sample )
The version of the dll that we use is 8.0.103.0 with the associated unmanaged dll.

Have you already encountered this problem?

Thank you for your help

Regards.

Steph.

Hi Steph,

We get so many changes for support the raster layer for example Jpeg2000 or Ecw etc.

So I think the first thing you want to do is upgrade your product to our latest version, for example 10.2.0 , and you can find the sample here: https://github.com/ThinkGeo/MultipleJpeg2000RasterLayerSample-ForWpf

If you still met problem with our latest version please upload your test sample with your data, so our developer can look into it.

Regards,

Ethan

Hi Ethan,

Thank you for your reply

In one of a recent post in this forum (V10 - MrSidRasterLayer & Jpeg2000RasterLayer - Exceptions), the same problem has been reported in version 10.1
Have you solved it in version 10.2 ?

Thanks.

Regards.

Stéphanie.

Hi Steph,

The same exception may not caused by the same issue.

The issue in post 8696 had been fixed, and it is included in our new 10.2.

I think you can try to upgrade you package to 10.2 and test again.

If that still hadn’t been fixed for your data, please upload the sample with data, so we can help you look into it.

Regards,

Ethan
