Failed to install Server Prep Tools

Need help, I had a problem when trying to install the prep tool on my server.

Hi Syarief, 
  
 Could you let us know the environment of installation? such as the OS configuration, CultureInfo setting etc.? as far as we tested on our end, seems like all works fine on our end. Just from the exception from the dialog, seems like the there may be something wrong with the license number used for activation, could you do a verify and try it again?

 I Tried to reinstall the server prep tools, and it works.
