WorldStreetsAndImageryOverlay Tile Borders

Hello ThinkGeo Support,

We are using a WorldStreetsAndImageryOverlay as our base overlay with several InMemoryMarkerOverlays. All settings for the WorldStreetsAndImageryOverlay are default. The problem we are experiencing is that at certain zoom levels we get a grid pattern (that I assume is the WorldStreetsAndImageryOverlay). Shown below:

We don’t get the grid at this zoom level:

Is there some kind of configuration that I can ensure the grid will not appear at any zoom level? Is there a css/js solution?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Julian,

Thanks to let us know that.

Our developer will look into it.

Any update we will let you know.

Don

Hi Julian,

We have solved that, that’s because in our server side, the cache hadn’t get updated after our dll upgrade.

We had deleted old cache images, please remove your cache both in browser and local, then view that again.

Please let us know whether that works.

Regards,

Don

Looks like the issue is solved on our end. Thank you to the ThinkGeo team for the quick turn around.

Hi Julian,

I am glad to hear that works.

Any question please let us know.
