# Map flicker when refreshing

I&nbsp;am&nbsp;implementing&nbsp;breadcrumb&nbsp;trail&nbsp;for&nbsp;my&nbsp;project.&nbsp;  
  
  
  
May&nbsp;I&nbsp;know&nbsp;does&nbsp;(i)&nbsp;duplicate&nbsp;Longitude&nbsp;&&nbsp;latitude&nbsp;points,&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;(ii)&nbsp;missing&nbsp;Longitude,&nbsp;Latitude&nbsp;points&nbsp;causes&nbsp;the&nbsp;map&nbsp;to&nbsp;flicker&nbsp;when&nbsp;doing&nbsp;map&nbsp;refresh?  
  
  
  
Also,&nbsp;is&nbsp;it&nbsp;more&nbsp;appropriate&nbsp;to&nbsp;refresh&nbsp;the&nbsp;overlay&nbsp;or&nbsp;map&nbsp;?

As&nbsp;far&nbsp;as&nbsp;I&nbsp;know,&nbsp;refreshing&nbsp;map&nbsp;will&nbsp;not&nbsp;cause&nbsp;flicker,&nbsp;maybe&nbsp;I&nbsp;was&nbsp;not&nbsp;clear&nbsp;with&nbsp;your&nbsp;secenario,&nbsp;Would&nbsp;you&nbsp;please&nbsp;clarify&nbsp;it&nbsp;again?&nbsp;Or&nbsp;a&nbsp;code&nbsp;snippet&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;complete&nbsp;demo&nbsp;will&nbsp;help&nbsp;us&nbsp;a&nbsp;lot.  
  
  
  
As&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;refresh,&nbsp;if&nbsp;any&nbsp;changes&nbsp;applied&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;overlay&nbsp;or&nbsp;map,&nbsp;we&nbsp;need&nbsp;to&nbsp;call&nbsp;refresh&nbsp;to&nbsp;redraw&nbsp;the&nbsp;overlay&nbsp;or&nbsp;map&nbsp;to&nbsp;see&nbsp;these&nbsp;changes&nbsp;on&nbsp;map.
