# Map Suite Explorer

Hi,

I&nbsp;am&nbsp;trying&nbsp;to&nbsp;display&nbsp;different&nbsp;shapes&nbsp;in&nbsp;Map&nbsp;Suite&nbsp;Explorer.&nbsp;I&nbsp;first&nbsp;displayed&nbsp;a&nbsp;shape&nbsp;file&nbsp;that&nbsp;is&nbsp;in&nbsp;Geographic&nbsp;coordiante&nbsp;system&nbsp;(WGS&nbsp;84).&nbsp;Next&nbsp;I&nbsp;tried&nbsp;to&nbsp;display&nbsp;another&nbsp;shape&nbsp;file&nbsp;that&nbsp;is&nbsp;not&nbsp;in&nbsp;WGS84&nbsp;and&nbsp;got&nbsp;the&nbsp;followging&nbsp;error&nbsp;message&nbsp;when&nbsp;I&nbsp;tried&nbsp;to&nbsp;zoom&nbsp;in.

"Unable&nbsp;to&nbsp;cast&nbsp;object&nbsp;of&nbsp;type&nbsp;'ThinGeo.MapSuite.Core.PointShape'&nbsp;to&nbsp;type&nbsp;'ThinkGeo.MapSuite.Core.AreaBaseShape'."

&nbsp;We&nbsp;cannot&nbsp;recreate&nbsp;this&nbsp;issue&nbsp;by&nbsp;opening&nbsp;a&nbsp;WGS84&nbsp;data&nbsp;and&nbsp;a&nbsp;non-WGS84&nbsp;data.&nbsp;&nbsp;Could&nbsp;you&nbsp;provide&nbsp;your&nbsp;data&nbsp;to&nbsp;help&nbsp;us&nbsp;recreate&nbsp;the&nbsp;problem?&nbsp;Please&nbsp;send&nbsp;to&nbsp;[support@thinkgeo.com](mailto:support@thinkgeo.com)&nbsp;and&nbsp;ask&nbsp;to&nbsp;forward&nbsp;to&nbsp;Ben&nbsp;if&nbsp;you&nbsp;don’t&nbsp;want&nbsp;to&nbsp;post&nbsp;sensitive&nbsp;data&nbsp;here.&nbsp;
