I&nbsp;Like&nbsp;creating&nbsp;my&nbsp;ContextMenus&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;fly,&nbsp;so&nbsp;this&nbsp;is&nbsp;what&nbsp;I&nbsp;did&nbsp;on&nbsp;Mouse&nbsp;Down&nbsp;or&nbsp;Mouse&nbsp;move,&nbsp;depending&nbsp;on&nbsp;how&nbsp;user&nbsp;wants&nbsp;map&nbsp;tip.&nbsp;  
&nbsp;&nbsp;  
&nbsp;1.&nbsp;Get&nbsp;world&nbsp;coordinate&nbsp;on&nbsp;mouse&nbsp;down&nbsp;event.&nbsp;  
&nbsp;2.&nbsp;Buffer&nbsp;point&nbsp;based&nbsp;on&nbsp;distance&nbsp;  
&nbsp;3.&nbsp;Use&nbsp;QueryTools&nbsp;to&nbsp;find&nbsp;feature&nbsp;closest&nbsp;feature&nbsp;to&nbsp;buffer&nbsp;in&nbsp;2.&nbsp;  
&nbsp;4.&nbsp;Create&nbsp;a&nbsp;custom&nbsp;maptip&nbsp;for&nbsp;this&nbsp;feature.&nbsp;  
&nbsp;&nbsp;  
&nbsp;Maybe&nbsp;there&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;better&nbsp;way.&nbsp;

Welcome&nbsp;using&nbsp;Wpf&nbsp;Desktop&nbsp;edition;&nbsp;marker&nbsp;is&nbsp;actually&nbsp;a&nbsp;control,&nbsp;it&nbsp;can&nbsp;do&nbsp;any&nbsp;thing&nbsp;a&nbsp;control&nbsp;can;&nbsp;so&nbsp;marker&nbsp;is&nbsp;simple&nbsp;to&nbsp;add&nbsp;a&nbsp;context&nbsp;menu.&nbsp;Just&nbsp;set&nbsp;create&nbsp;context&nbsp;menu&nbsp;object&nbsp;and&nbsp;set&nbsp;to&nbsp;its&nbsp;property,&nbsp;you&nbsp;can&nbsp;also&nbsp;define&nbsp;it&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;xaml&nbsp;and&nbsp;binding&nbsp;it.&nbsp;See&nbsp;my&nbsp;attached&nbsp;sample.  
  
  
  
Also,&nbsp;thanks&nbsp;for&nbsp;Klaus'&nbsp;idea,&nbsp;he&nbsp;represents&nbsp;how&nbsp;to&nbsp;add&nbsp;a&nbsp;tooltip&nbsp;for&nbsp;a&nbsp;feature&nbsp;which&nbsp;is&nbsp;pretty&nbsp;cool.
