# Possibility of reading and writing to .lyr and .lpk files

Is&nbsp;it&nbsp;possible&nbsp;to&nbsp;read&nbsp;or&nbsp;write&nbsp;to&nbsp;.lyr&nbsp;(layer&nbsp;file&nbsp;for&nbsp;symbolization&nbsp;and&nbsp;labeling)or&nbsp;.lpk&nbsp;files&nbsp;(layer&nbsp;package)&nbsp;of&nbsp;ESRI&nbsp;,&nbsp;programatically&nbsp;using&nbsp;Map&nbsp;Suite?  
  
If&nbsp;so,&nbsp;do&nbsp;you&nbsp;have&nbsp;any&nbsp;code&nbsp;examples?

&nbsp;&nbsp;  
&nbsp;I&nbsp;am&nbsp;sorry&nbsp;don’t&nbsp;support&nbsp;to&nbsp;read&nbsp;or&nbsp;write&nbsp;.lyr&nbsp;and&nbsp;.lpk&nbsp;files.&nbsp;
