# Shape File Type

When&nbsp;I&nbsp;run&nbsp;an&nbsp;application&nbsp;with&nbsp;STATES.SHP,&nbsp;everything&nbsp;runs&nbsp;fine,&nbsp;When&nbsp;I&nbsp;use&nbsp;the&nbsp;tl\_2008\_41\_county.shp&nbsp;from&nbsp;the&nbsp;Census&nbsp;Bureau&nbsp;which&nbsp;I&nbsp;locate&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;same&nbsp;directory&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;STATES.SHP,&nbsp;&nbsp;the&nbsp;following&nbsp;returns&nbsp;nothing.

Application.GetResourceStream(

New&nbsp;Uri("App\_Data/tl\_2008\_41\_county.shp",&nbsp;UriKind.RelativeOrAbsolute))

Any&nbsp;ideas?

&nbsp;&nbsp;  
&nbsp;Please&nbsp;refer&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;"LoadAShapeFile"&nbsp;sample&nbsp;in&nbsp;our&nbsp;installed&nbsp;samples&nbsp;which&nbsp;you&nbsp;could&nbsp;find&nbsp;its&nbsp;source&nbsp;code&nbsp;at&nbsp;"Samples/DataProviders/LoadAShapeFile.xaml".&nbsp;Also&nbsp;maybe&nbsp;you&nbsp;need&nbsp;to&nbsp;refer&nbsp;the&nbsp;Helper&nbsp;class&nbsp;which&nbsp;you&nbsp;could&nbsp;find&nbsp;its&nbsp;source&nbsp;code&nbsp;at&nbsp;"Sampels/Helper.cs".&nbsp;
