Can you add layers to the PrinterInteractiveOverlay like a normal overlay ?

 

For example the Google Map Base Layer ?

Or TabFeatureLayer ?

Or DynamicOverlays ?

etc...

 No, the PrinterInteractiveOverlay only support the PrinterLayers, like DataGridPrinterLayer, ImagePrinterLayer, LabelPrinterLayer, LegendPrinterLayer, ScaleBarPrinterLayer, ScaleLinePrinterLayer etc.
