Bing maps at custom scale

Is there a way I can have the bing maps at a custom scale, for instance scale = 1:25000?


Maybe I could get the images for 18023 and then shrink them so I get a 1:25000 resulting image, but I don't know how I could do this... any ideas?

I’m afraid you couldn't make it. The bing maps is provided by Microsoft, we just integrated it into Map Suite. Maybe there is going to occur some errors if you modify the default scale. About bing maps scale, you can refer this page(msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb259689.aspx).
