Bing maps not displaying

Our QA roup is running into issues where they are getting a lot of “image not available” tiles when displaying bing maps in v12. (v13 beta 160 for android beta 208 for core) Basically no map tiles are being displayed for them. Displaying the same area in v10 does not have this issue.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this issue on my device which is the same as what the QA group is using. My suspicion is that it has more to do with the wifi connections – but again they are not having this issue with v10. Have any timeouts changed between v10 and v12 when getting tiles from bing?

I can not reproduce this on my device neither with the samples downloaded from here

Could you ask the QA group delete the app data for the app and delete the app, Then try again.

Sorry been working on iOS for a while now and have not gotten back to this – I will send them a build of the sample to see if they have the same issue with that as they do with our applicaiton.
