BingMapLayer & VirtualEarthLayer

Hello,


I found on this wiki a definition for a BingMapLayer but I can't find it in the last versions (4.0 & 4.5).

I also found a property in the VirtualEarthLayer for a webproxy but I can't find it in the last versions.


Could you help me ?

 I setup 4.5.0.0 ServicesEdition, and I look at MicrosoftMapLayerExtension, I found the BingMapLayer and also found WebProxy property in VirtualEarthLayer. And I also setup verison 4.0.0.0, the result is exactly like what you see, so I think you just check 4.0, if you check 4.5 you will found them.
