Blank Map

Hi,


I have a very strange problem that I'm hoping you can help me out with.  I have built an application with the latest Map Suite Web Beta and everything is working fine.  However once I deployed it to the server my testers who reside in a different office just get a blank blue map.  The testers have tired it with both IE6 & IE7 and the map is blue in both cases.  However if I use FireFox it works fine.   I did get it to work on IE6 & IE7 by turning on the tile caching.  However caching doesn't work well for my application because I allow the users to turn off several features on the map like labeling and various layers.  The application is also running via https with a valid certificate, but no JavaScript errors or other warnings are being thrown.  I'm in the process of turning off the https altogether to see if that makes a difference.  What's strange is that it works fine in IE on any computers outside of that office, do you know of any firewall setting or browser polices that could be causing the map to show blue instead of the normal mapping tiles?  


I checked all the normal browser settings to make sure JavaScript was enabled and everything looks fine, and it works fine with caching turned on.  Any help or things to try would be great!

 That is strange; can you follow the steps below and have another try?  
  
 1. Clear IE cache (IE->Tools->Internet Options->General->Browsing history->Delete button)  
 2. Clear your server cache (remove the folder you set for the LayerOverlay)  
 3. Turn off client & server cache (remove ClientCache.ClientId & ServerCache.CacheDirectory)  
 4. Turn on IE’s javascript debug (IE->Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Uncheck “Disable script debugging (IE)” & “Disable script debugging (Other)”)  
 5. Make sure javascript doesn’t throw exceptions.  
 6. Set fixed width and height for map control (not 100%) and remove the DocType code (following is an example).  
  
   
 If it doesn’t work, could you make a simple sample for us and we can have a look here.
