Blank Tiles with Unlicensed text for one project

Hello,


We get a dev license for MapSuite Web Edition and we tested on two different version of our project (one month between the two build). On the first one (the old one), it work as expected but on the last one we have white tiles with unlicensed written on it. Moreover, when we zoom out, it work correctly. the trigger seems to be at the middle of the zoom range.


I know that blank tiles and unlicensed text means problems with registration process but I'm not sure it's the cause in that case (because it work well on one of our project version). We use the same DLL for both project.


Do you have an idea that could help us ?

 I’m not sure if your two projects are developed on two different machines. If yes, the last machine doesn’t have the development license; please contact support@thinkgeo.com for fixing this issue. On the other hand, did you use server cache or client cache in your project? Please clear the IE cache first and run again. 
  
 Please provide more information for your issue so that we can recreate your issue.

It's seems to be the Server Cache. Thanks you for the advise.
