BMP image in Map suite Desktop

Hi,


I am a french developper and beginner in MapSuite Desktop edition developpement. My problem is to use a bmp image as a map, and not the countries02.shp file. I don't know how to do that. Someone can help me?

Welcome to the community and hope you enjoy learning and sharing here!
 
Here I made a sample for you. You will see there is a bpw file along with the bmp file, that file is the world file which adds the GIS info to a normal image. Please see the following link to see the detail about a world file.
