Box zoom with shift key does not give correct zoom in result

Hi ThinkGeo,


1) Depending on the size of the browser window setting CurrentExtent does not set corrrect bounds (see attached fig) I put two markers and set their location as bounding box. both markers are way insided the map.


2) Using box zoom using Shift key does not result in any change (see attached fig).

Thanks for your attached screen-shot and sample code. Below is the answer for your questions.
1.       Because the ratio of width and height of map extent and display extent are different, so the map will be flushed that modify the width/height to make the ratio to the same as the display width/height ratio. If you don’t want to be flushed, you must give a extent whose ratio of width and height equals the ratio of display extent.
2.       We didn’t recreate your problem. It seems everything is ok.
