 You can download the WebEdition Evaluation form 
  gis.thinkgeo.com/Products/MapSuiteFreeTrialDownloads/tabid/152/Default.aspx 
  
 and install it in your machine, then there is a HowDoIsamples will show you how to use the MapSuite.
