Can we use a WMS service in Desktop or Web editions

Hi all,

I have one requirement that need to Display Weather Data on basemap. I have base map already in Shapefile format. I am displaying it. And I have Weather data in two formats. 1. WMS service 2. GeoTiff image formats.

I think GeoTiff images we can overlay it on map. But please tell me can we display WMS service data on my map. If so means please give me a sample code.
