Alexandre,
Thanks for your post and questions, welcome you to ThinkGeo Desktop Discussion forum.
We have a HowDoI sample showing you how to change the color of one specified feature, take a look at it:
HowDoI\Dynamic Shapes\Highlight A feature on the map
Following post shows you the code to save features into MsSqlFeatureLayer, take a try if you are interested:

Any more questions please feel free to let me know.

Thank you.
But, I'm not sure I understood... Sorry...
I have to create a InMemoryFeatureLayer for each feature that I want color in a particular color ? And how to use the "ThinkGeo.MapSuite.Core.TextStyles.City1("CustomLabel1")" to display the text ?
Thanks.
Alexandre
Alexandre,
Thanks for your post and feedback.
When you use the TextStyle to display the text, you have to make sure the Text is contained in your feature or via some event on the fly, otherwise it will not display.
For the highlight problem, I think the sample suggested above is useful when you want to highlight only one feature into one specified color. While if more than one feature is going to be highlighted in different colors, then I would suggest you try to use ClassBreakStye or ValueStyle instead.
Any more questions please feel free to let me know.
Thanks.

Thank you.
I was not well expressed in my first post.
Your reply is very much what I want to do.
Sincerely,
Alexandre
