Control points not erased from map after finish editing

I updated to the latest stable release 13.2.1 and had some problems after editing features.
The control points remain visible on screen after finishing edit mode.

I’ve been searching for the problem for a while, but now I tested HowDoI and have the same issue.
(see attached image).

If it’s a bug, can you please fix this asap?
