Controlling World Extent Button on Top of Zoom Bar

Hi,

I was wondering if I can programmaticly set the zoom level that the map goes to when a user clicks the World Icon on top of the zoom bar?  Ideally I would like to set this to a county view and make this the farthest level that a user could zoom out to.  Is this possible?

Clint,

 Here is the sample code which sets the zoomlevel to 10 when clicking the World icon.  Please have a look and let us know for any queries.
