Create and Open a Shape file failing

I have some code that creates and then opens a point shape file that will work using v5.5.0.103 of the MapSuiteCore.DLL, but will not work using v5.5.0.139.  I have attached a simple example of the problem as well as a sample of the shape file created that can not be opened.


Did something change between the 103 and 139 builds?

PS


After further investigation if the sample is edited to create the shape file in a folder other than c:\temp the error does not seem to occur.  Hope that is helpful in narrowing done this issue.

 Thanks for your data, we have fixed this problem before, but only in the deveopment branch, so could you please get the 5.5.151.0 not 5.5.0.151 and have a try?

 You are correct, if I run my test project with the Development version 5.5.151.0, it does appear to correct the issue. 
  
 When can we expect this to be included in the Production Build? 
  
 Thanks Again, I can’t say how wonderful it is to work with company that responds so quickly and is not afraid to admit that there software might have an issue.

 I’m glad it’s working, we will release MapSuite 6.0 in May first week, so every change will synchronize to the both branch.
