Can we customize the Shape file (Boundary File) in Think Geo. For Example in the UnitedStates Map i want to join three states region as one region, i.e i want to remove the boundary lines between this three states. In other words, can we change the lattitude and longitude in the shape file in our own way.

Yes, it’s possbile to do that, you don’t need to modify the lat&long point by point that trouble, we have an api for this, you can refer HowDoISamples—>Features—>Union Two Features.
The key part is check the btnUnion_Click, once you get your two states region feature, call the union method like the sample and you will get the new one you want.
