Customize cloud popup

I am trying to customize the look of the cloud popup. I have set the html content and have styles for that content but the styles are not being applied. I have attached an image of what I want to do. Is this a possibility? How can i do this?

I found what I was doing wrong. It now works. I had issues with how the content was being inserted into the content property.
