Greetings.
We have a licensed version of the Map Suite Web Edition 3.0 product. I am working with the latest release, 3.1.0. Within my development environment, using the VS ASP.Net development server, everything works just fine. When I publish the application, however, I am encountering some problems. The IIS server to which I am publishing is the same as the development server. When accessing the website through localhost, I am receiving errors with the static layers. The dynamic layer is displaying and functioning properly. There are no static layers being displayed. Additionally, I am getting small error messages on the top left of the map like "Index was outside the bounds of the array" if I am using a MSSQL layer, or "The File specified does not exist" if I am using a shapefile. One last thing, I am seeing the "Unlicensed" tag across the map. I am sure this is a deployment problem as we have a licensed copy.
I installed the product using the normal installer. I have verified that all the dll's in the bin directory are the correct ones. I have also checked to make sure the files in the system32.zip file are the same as on \windows\system32. Whenever I upgrade with a new release of your product, I am finding myself copying the new dll's from the ThinkGeo \developer reference\web edition folder to my development bin folder. That folder then gets copied out to the published directory when publishing the application.
Your help will be greatly appreciated...
Thank you,
Binu
