Description:DescriptionPanel Changing text(Name)

Sorry for stuped question, but how to change the header text "Instructions" in the Description:DescriptionPanel element?

 That’s in fact just an image. You can find it(dtop.png and dhidebg.png) under the folder “~\Samples\CSharp Samples\theme\default\samplepic\frame”.  We didn’t use real text because they are not very smooth and not looks very nice.
