Divider of streets

Hello



I’m trying to add a divider for the streets that have a divider, my question is can we use the column called divider, if you can show us how we can do it through a sample code. Also if we can add arrows to show direction of traffic on each side of the street.

Hi Saddam, 
  
 I am not sure whether "divider" means a flag which can filter one-way street and two-way street. 
  
 If I misunderstand please let me know.
