I tried download from gis.thinkgeo.com/Products/MapSuiteFreeTrialDownloads/tabid/152/Default.aspx by button Download Now, but file download.thinkgeo.com/MapSuiteDesktopEvalSetup.zip not found.

I think your meaning is "Can't", right? You scared me because I saw the title is "Don't".
I have tried as your description and it's working, I don't know why you can not download it, maybe your network can not connect our server or you don't login.
