Drawing Label on Marker increase image size

Hi ThinkGeo,


Drawing Label on Marker increase the image size even if the label is completely drawn inside the Image (see attached image sizes in zip files)

 Sorry after our product team research, we can’t reproduce this problem. We have a  method “OutputIcon” in ImageResource which is related to webimage, from the logic there is no place to increase the image size.  
  
 So could you please provide a sample that we can recreate the problem?

Hi Gary,


 I attach sample code files from "Label and Rotate a Marker" example to illustrate the issue. Copy Vehicle1.png to them/default/samplepic folder.


On Checking button "Show Text",  icon looks small but  its actual size is much large with lot of dead white space .

Hi Gary,


I attach the snapshots of the Marker I see on test sample. Use Sample I sent to display label inside the marker instead of outside.


In the attached zip file you will see three snapshots.


BeforeSetting Label -- Normal visibility


AfterLabel -   Labels shows inside the marker but it is much diminished.


OnSavingExploreImage - Save the image from browser into your folder. See in explorers with Large icons setting. You will dead space around icon.

 Thanks for your patience, our product team have fixed this issue, you can get the latest daily build (5.0.67.0 or later) to have another try.

Hi Gary,


I tried using 5.0.67 and still problems exist (see attached images)


1) Marker retains visibility size but actually also increases in byte size.

2)  On saving you can see dead space around icon.
