Guys, on occasion DrawTilesProgress get stuck at 87%. I notice this mostly when using World Map kit of disk, even with caching turned on. When I get a map off our local WMS, this never happens.
Why is this happening?

Just tested it with a simple sample, hooked up the DrawTilesProgressChanged event of WorldMapKitWmsWpfOverlay and output the percentage. It always gets to 100.
So is this sample too simple to reproduce the issue? If it is, please let us know how to reproduce it more specifically.
