DXF crash at startup

Hello



In order to solve my issue, I tried to get the latest cad86 merge module from the wiki.

wiki.thinkgeo.com/wiki/File:…-06-20.zip



however, this link gives me a 403 error (while I can donwload other links from the wiki)

thank you for the link, 
 unfortunalty, this does not solve my problem. 
  
 It’s an issue I already had a couple of time with MS8 
  
 I can open & display a .dxf on my development machine using: 
 - ms 9.0.243.0 
 - Map Suite Unmanaged Dependencies 9.0.237.0.msi 
  
 but it crashes on the same .dxf file with the following message: “Une exception a été levée par la cible d’un appel” on the end-user PC with the CADx86 merge module. 
  
 When I experienced this with MS8 it was due to an old version files within the .msm.
