I have an application that requires dynamic layers. Unfortunately, these layers don't show up when rendered in Internet Explorer 6. If I change the layers to static, they show up just fine. When displaying the dynamic layers, you can see them when you pan by clicking and dragging the mouse, but as soon as you release the mouse button, they disappear. is there a fix for this, or something else that needs to be done?

Dynamic layers in IE6 is fine.
Only problem is that,
If you draw a blank dynamic layer rendered as PNG images by IE6, The static layer behind will be blocked since IE6 doesn’t support transparency.
It works in IE7. From the forum, they are saying that the next beta version will be upgraded to Openlayers 2.7 and that should fix the transparency problem.

Mapsuitedev is right. Transparency support is a known issue with IE6. Our next Beta which is based on OpenLayers 2.7 will be released pretty soon (in about one week) and I think that one will solve your issue.
