Easting and Northing appear swapped

Hello,


I have been trying out the WMSRasterLayer and have an odd situation.  The WMS Server I have been using is for the British Geological Survey and the URI is maps.bgs.ac.uk/ArcGIS/servic.../WMSServer

I have set the map units to meters and the WMSRasterLayer CRS to ESPG:27700.


The reasons I think the easting and northing values are swapped are that 



(a) :  To set the starting position I centre at PointShape(100000,400000) where 100000 is the Northing and 400000 is the Easting

(b):  The panning buttons are swapped about for example Pan(PanDirection.Down,5) actually pans left.



I expect I have missed something important in the setting up?  Do you have any suggestions about why this is happening?

Hello again, 
  
 I have since found another discussion about this very problem that included a fix as part of one of the daily builds.  I have downloaded 6.0.0.208 and that appears to work well.  I have set AxisOrder.Normal and put the Easting and Northing back the normal way in the CenterAt command.  Pan buttons also all seem to work well again.
