Hi Ilan, 

At this time we do not have this built into the Beta of the GIS Editor but you are welcome to try implementing a plugin that has the ability to work with SQL Server databases. Check out one of our earlier posts for a sample plugin download: gis.thinkgeo.com/Support/Dis...fault.aspx
