Error converting DMS to Decimal Degrees

I'm having an issue using the DecimalDegreesHelper to convert from a DegreesMinutesSeconds object to a double.  This only occurs when I try to do this operation on a DegreesMinutesSeconds object I previous created using DecimalDegreesHelper to convert from a double.  I have attached a sample to show this.

 Thanks for your sample which make us can recreate your problem very easily. 
  
 This is a new bug, we have fixed it. And it will be avaible in later releases.
