Error on load

"Could not load type 'ThinkGeo.MapSuite.Core.DrawingExceptionMode' from assembly 'MapSuiteCore, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=0828af5241fb4207'."



What does this exception mean?  I have a fellow developer who tries to run an applicaiton with ThinkGeo in it and he gets this error message.  It is just a licensing exception of some kind or a configuration error?

 Thanks for your post. 
  
 I think the exception thrown out indicates that the DLLs you referenced are not compatible.  Please remove all the DLLs and then re-reference those four DLLs again to your application.
