Error on running WMS plugin sample

Hi,

I am following steps to create plugin and run application with WMS service from Thinkgeo wiki.
While running application on preview I am getting cross sign.
On clicking view capability it shows below error.

error :Unspecified error Error processing resource ‘http://schemas.opengeospatial.net//wms/1.1.1/capabilities_1_1_1.dtd’.

Request you to guide if any setting missing on machine.
