Error reatriving records from a thematic layer

when I try to retrieve records for a shape file I get this error only in a few pc’s works fine.

Hi Daniel, 
  
 Would you please provide more details on this error, such as what layers are loaded into the map object, what’s setting of map object etc. 
  
 Also seems like the attached image is missed here, would you please upload it again?

sorry I attach again the file 





the problem here is I using a file shape basic like a states for usa and I tried to load in a gridview or table the records to select one and zoom to feature but when I tried to open the file the error appears only in a few computers works fine and many times appears the error.

Hi Daniel, 
  
 I am sorry your screen shot is very hard to view clearly. But it looks this error happened when you try to select via OLEDB, and you mentioned some machine works well but the other not. 
  
 So I think it’s should be an environment issue, could you please try to setup our Unmanaged Dependencies dll package to see whether it can make that works well in the machine which throw error before.
