Exception when opening a .rtg index

When I try to open a .shp together with a .rtg (in Wpf Routing) file (generated by the Wpf Routing) I get the following error:



What's wrong with the the .shp structure?

 It seems that the GeographyUnit was set improper, in other words, your data is DecimalDegree but using Meter or some others in the application. Please be sure the Unit of the data and retry.

Sure, the unit is UTM. 
  
 How can I change that in the Routing Explorer? 
  
 In my app, I didn’t have any problem opening and using the .rtg index.

 I’m sorry but i need to say there is no way to set the GeographyUnit currently. I have submitted the requirement into our worklist. Thanks for your requirements.
