Exploring a map

I need to know of ThinkGeo could satisfy the following requirement. If so, how?

The most important use for such an application would be the ability to explore a map virtually.  For a blind person the ability to safely explore a community is extremely valuable.

I’m not very sure what you mean by exploring a map. Desktop Edition is a virtual component and sure blind people can hardly get benefits from this product. Please let me know more for your requitements.
