Feature from InMemoryFeature layer as result of QueryTools and InternalFeatures have different projection values

 Hi ThinkGeo,


I am using InMemoryFeatureLayer that is projected with Google (meter) projection.


I noticed when I query above layer for Features, the shape data pointed is in meter projection values.


However when I use InternalFeatures those data is in DecimalDegree values.


Above discrepancy causes confusion as I need to compare features from above two?

Hi Anil, 
  
 The issue you mentioned is not a conflict. The features in InternalFeatures collection contain the source data which are in DecimalDegree format. 
  
 While diplaying shapes on the map, the projection(for example Google projection) will change the coordinate information from GCS(Geographic Coordinate System) to PCS(Projection Coordinate System). You may change the projection frequently, but the source data will never change.
