Find Nearest Poi in map once marker marked in selected poi in map

Hi,

        I selected one POI using marker in winform map. I need closest poi which i selected existing poi. I need smart tag which it display closest POI Name and what is the easiest way to reach that POI in winform map desktop edition. I need arrow mark to be highlighted for closest POI place. Please guide me
