Fixing Topology errors

This relates to my another post I made but includes some additonal quesitons.

 

Does ThinkGeo have functions or routines to fix Topology excpetions like filling in gaps, removing twisted or self-intersecting polygons, and removing slivers between two poloygons based on a tolerance distance?

All of that is possible by writing some code using the various geometric functions that Map Suite offers. Can you explain each case accompanied with a picture so that we fully understand what to provide you? With that concrete information, we will show the code for each case. Thank you.
