Hi team, we’ve been up against a problem for a while that we can’t generate runtime licenses for our executables - the product center throws an odd error.
We thought this was because we were using it offline, ThinkGeo is used in two of our products which don’t need re-licensing often and the ThinkGeo team generated a new license file for us, so it wasn’t a big issue.
We’ve now got the product center connected online, hoping this would solve it for us, but it’s still giving the strange error (screenshot attached)
Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

Can you let me know the Product Center version shown at the bottom of the window?

Sorry for the delay getting back to you, version is 14.2 (Content XML Version 14.0.1)
I’ve attached a snapshot.
Also, thanks for sending the license file - that worked perfectly (so the urgency is gone for now although this is likely to come up again in future.) I have to ask - how did you know!? I’m guessing the original attempt still managed to send you the information even though it failed somewhere along the line?

I got the name of the executable from your screenshot, and that’s all we need for the runtime license.
