Generation of designer file failed

I'm getting this error in visual studio while trying to create the designer file.

I tried resintalling thinkgeo and have readded the references.

Any ideas?

 Could you make sure you reference correct dlls? 
  
 You should use the same version of WebEdition and Core dlls.
