I was wondering if ThinkGeo supports (or has plans to support) making or using geo referenced PDFs?
We have a few clients who are asking about this and it would be useful to have some sort of road map to report. Thanks.
Regards,
Jonathan

Thanks Jonathan,
We discussed this in the morning meeting. We will support the GeoPDF in next major release which will be 12.4. I would be 6 months later.
Thanks
Frank
Thanks, that is good news.
Jonathan
We will let you know once GeoPdflayer is ready.
Thanks
Frank
Hi, Quite a long time has passed since the original question and I notice that there is now some support for GeoPDFs. I was wondering what capabilities the new layer has and if it would be suitable for one of our clients workflow (details to be finalised).
Can you create GeoPDFs as a print output or some other way?
Do you support reading both vector and raster formats?
[aside] Can you create GeoTIFFs as an raster output?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Here’s a sample about GeoPdfFeatureLayer, feel free to take a look.

Regarding your questions, my comments show as below
#1. no, cannot create GeoPdf via GeoPdfFeatureLayer.
#2. yes, I think so.
#3. no, cannot create GeoTIFF via GeoTiffRasterLayer.
Thanks,
