I’m having an issue getting geotiffs with rotation being displayed. I’ve tried 2 cases:
1) A geotiff with a world file (.tfw). This has rotation parameters defined. The geotiff renders, but is not rotated. Using library.managed.
2) A geotiff without world file. It has 4 sets of model tiepoints defined (one for each corner). This does not even render. Using library.unmanaged (crashes with managed).
I can send the geotiffs if that will help.
GeoTiff Rotation
Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your post, Currently the tifLayer.ImageSource.Projection doesn’t support rotation, but there is a walkaround in the attahment , would you please try it? Here is a result image of the walkaround:
About the second question, would you please try to provide us the data for a further test?
Waiting for your futher information

It looks like you are rotating the map in the code snippet you gave me. I just want the geotiff to be displayed correctly based on the georeferenced metadata embedded in the geotiff. In the geotiff I attached, I have 4 corners defined (as control points). The 4 corners are such that the geotiff is slightly rotated. This geotiff correctly displays in the esri sdk that I’m evaluating. I’ve attached one.
Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your data and sorry for the delay, we have found a solution and replied it in your ticket 10327, would you please check it there?
Hope it helps
