GetLatLongParametersString missing in v12

Looking for the GetLatLongParametersString() that was in v10. Where did it go in v12?

Next missing class is: public static class ExtentHelper

I checked the forum and looked at ThinkGeo.Core.MapUtil but did not see it there.
